Customization details:

• Our laser engraving machines use black-and-white .svg files. Some of our products can use grayscale but it is not recommended. Therefore we have limited our upload file types. To have an artist convert and touchup your photo for a small fee, please send us a message on our “Contact Us” page and attach your photo.
• Links to setup your image:
  • Convert to Black and White / Grayscale
  • Convert to to SVG (too simple)
  • Convert to SVG (easy)
    • Be sure to try different “Details” and “Filters” settings on the preview.
  • Convert to SVG (medium difficulty)
    • Be sure to set “Colors” to 1.
    • This is a free service – donations are not associated with PPC.
  • Remove Background (if needed)
• You must have the rights to use any images you upload. If you submit an order with an image that we recognize as copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise, we will contact you and/or refund your order minus a $5 processing fee, per our Terms and Conditions”. (i.e. big company/team logos.)
